One way I make someone’s appointment easier is by providing emotional support and listening to their concerns, while clearly explaining what to expect. After all, no one likes surprises at the dentist!

What's your oddly specific "green flag" outside of work?

An oddly specific green flag about me outside of work is that I often find myself coming up with solutions to other people’s problems—sometimes weeks after they’ve mentioned them—even if they never asked for my input.
